Agreement

By installing or using CapsBro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Free trial

The free trial gives you the full feature set with no time limit. The first 3 videos captioned on a trial account come without the CapsBro line (5 when the account starts its trial within 24 hours of asking for the install link by email with the same address); after that, captions made on the trial carry a small "Made with CapsBro" line. The trial is provided as is and we may change or end it.

License

After payment, Nikhil Agarwal grants you a personal, non transferable, lifetime license to use CapsBro Pro for personal and commercial video projects. Your license is tied to your account and may not be shared or resold.

Your content

You own your videos and the captions CapsBro makes for them, and you may use them commercially.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute or resell CapsBro, or bypass its license checks.

Prices

Prices are charged in Indian Rupees in India and in US Dollars elsewhere. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.

No warranty

CapsBro is provided as is. Transcription can contain mistakes; review captions before publishing. Speed depends on your hardware.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Nikhil Agarwal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of CapsBro.
